By accessing and using FreelasNow ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at freelancerpro.com (the "Service") operated by FreelasNow Inc.

2. Description of Service

FreelasNow is an online marketplace that connects clients who have work to be done with freelancers who have the skills to complete such work. The Platform provides a venue for clients to find, hire, and work with freelancers.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Project posting and bidding system
• Secure payment processing and escrow services
• Communication tools between clients and freelancers
• Project management and milestone tracking
• Dispute resolution services
• Review and rating system

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Account Types

FreelasNow offers different account types:

• Client Accounts: For individuals or businesses looking to hire freelancers
• Freelancer Accounts: For service providers offering their skills and expertise
• Hybrid Accounts: Users may operate as both clients and freelancers

4.3 Account Verification

We may require identity verification for certain account features. This may include providing government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation as requested.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Circumvent our fee structure or payment systems
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or reviews
• Post content that is offensive, inappropriate, or harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
• Use automated tools or bots without permission

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Platform Fees

FreelasNow charges the following fees:

• Freelancer Service Fee: 5% of the total project value
• Client Processing Fee: 3% of the total project value
• Payment Processing: Standard payment processor fees apply

6.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed through our secure escrow system. Funds are released to freelancers upon project completion and client approval, or according to predefined milestones.

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled through our dispute resolution process. Platform fees are non-refundable except in cases of proven platform error.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between users, FreelasNow provides mediation services. Our dispute resolution process includes:

• Initial review by our support team
• Evidence collection from both parties
• Mediation attempts to reach a mutual agreement
• Final arbitration decision if necessary

All disputes must be filed within 14 days of project completion or the disputed event.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform Content

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FreelasNow Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant FreelasNow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Platform.

8.3 Work Product

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the client and freelancer, all work product created by freelancers becomes the property of the client upon full payment.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Platform, to understand our practices.

We collect and use information to provide, maintain, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violation of our community guidelines
• Extended periods of inactivity

11. Limitation of Liability

FreelasNow acts as an intermediary between clients and freelancers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreelasNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to FreelasNow in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

13. Changes to Terms
